Boag's Draught (Tas): 4.6%
Brewed exclusively in Launceston to a century old recipe, Boag's Draught is a full-bodied lager with smooth hop bitterness and a crisp, refreshing finish.

Coopers Best Extra Stout (SA): 6.3%
This beer packs a punch. Brewed using a top fermentation process Coopers' Stout comes from specially roasted black malt.

Coopers Vintage Ale (SA): 7.5% [Subject to Availability - Limited Release]
If fine wine were beer it would no doubt be Coopers Extra Strong Vintage Ale. Brewed with choice malts and an extended top fermentation, Coopers Extra Strong Vintage Ale will improve with age, becoming more interesting and complex in flavour.

Coopers Dark Ale (SA): 4.5%
Coopers Dark Ale, like most dark ales, is top fermented in the traditional Coopers fashion. Not as malty as a lot of the other Aussie dark ales, Coopers Dark delivers a quick transition from smooth robust flavour to flowery hops into a bitter finish.

Coopers Pale Ale (SA): 4.5%
The beer that inspired a new generation of Ale drinkers. Coopers Pale Ale is The Elephant's #1 selling beer on Draught. Naturally fermented in the Burton-on-Trent style with a secondary fermentation to create this Ale's trademark sediment.

Coopers Premium Lager (SA): 5%
Light and gold in colour, this crisp lager is brewed using no sugar and uses Saaz Hops to give a malty flavor.

Coopers Sparkling Ale (SA): 5.8%
The Ale by which all others should be measured. With cloudy sediment it has a distinctive balance of malt, hops and fruity character.

Hahn Premium Light (NSW): 2.6%
This unique beer offers a significantly superior taste to many light beers, its flavour being more akin to a full strength beer. Hahn Premium Light offers a rich malt flavour blended with hops that had not been used previously with light beers.

Hahn Super Dry (NSW): 4.6%
Hahn Super Dry is a beer that has been crafted with balance in mind. Full flavoured yet low in carbs, Hahn Super Dry is incredibly refreshing, using only the finest quality ingredients with no additives or preservatives.

James Squire Amber Ale (NSW): 5%
Amber is a unique brew of three malts and three Tasmanian hops added late to the kettle plus a 125 year old, top fermenting ale yeast, creating an easy~drinking, deep copper~coloured ale.

James Squire Golden Ale (NSW): 4.5%
Often thought of as an English-style summer brew, Golden Ale demands cold fermentation. Fresh toasted grains of barley and wheat give it a rich orange-amber colour.

Tooheys New (NSW): 4.6%
Over 75 years old, Tooheys New isn't that new. Lightly hopped together with a balanced malt recipe, this beer is enjoyed all over Australia.

Toohey's Extra Dry (NSW): 5%
Toohey's Extra Dry has an uncommonly resilient head for a dry beer. The dry finish, from which the beer gets its name, is due to an elongated fermentation period.

Victoria Bitter (Vic): 4.6%
VB is Australia's most popular beer. A gentle fruitiness in the aroma complements the sweet malt on the mid-palate balancing perfectly with a robust, hop bitterness.

West End Draught (SA): 4.5%
A favourite with generations of South Australians this well-balanced lager with clean hop bitterness is a good example of an Australian draught lager. West End Draught is The Elephant's first pour Draught.

Imported

Becks (Ger): 5%
Beck's pours straw yellow and gives a whiff of floral hops that is instantly appealing. A bitterness and prevailing dryness runs across the palate to make this a refreshing brew.

Carlsberg (Den): 5%
With its golden colour and delicate smell of hops and malt, Carlsberg is the quintessential pilsner beer. Carlsberg is medium-bodied, dry and well proportioned with a characteristic hop bitterness that supports its fine structure.

Guinness (Ire): 4.2%
A tried and tested brew of choice for seasoned stout drinkers. Guinness Stout as we know it started selling in 1820, Guinness is now the largest brewery in the world.

Heineken (Ned): 5%
Pale golden in colour and clear in body. This beer meets the strict Reinheitsgebot purity laws and is enjoyed the world over.

Kilkenny Draught (Ire): 4.3%
A mildly-hopped reddish Irish ale named for Kilkenny, its hometown. An easily approached and popular selection among beer-lovers and those who find Guinness a little too full bodied.

Stella Artois (Bel): 5%
Sparkling bright in appearance. This Belgian brew is a low intensity beer, sweet smell and medium-bodied taste with good carbonation and good bitterness.

Tetley's English Ale (Eng): 3.6%
Brewed in Yorkshire, Tetley's has been satisfying beer drinkers since 1822. A delicious blend of premium barley from England's golden cornfields, hops and mineral rich water from underneath the Yorkshire Dales.

Wells Bombardier (Eng): 4.3%
Known as the Drink of England, Bombardier is the official beer of English Heritage. Peppery aromas, perfectly balanced with tangy hops and a malty richness - leading to a spicy finish. Only the best English grown barley and hops are used to brew this richly rewarding traditional bitter.

Cider

Strongbow Original Cider (Eng): 5%
Strongbow is tasty. In appearance it's almost indistinguishable from lager but at first sip there is a slightly bitter edge with undernotes of apple that eventually reveal the sweet side of this cider.
